Below are sample menus from each chalet, displaying the quality of food our guests can expect to receive. All our food is prepared each day by our trained British chefs and chalet hosts, often using local organic ingredients.

Homemade tomato soup with fresh gremolata
Individual Thai fishcakes with chilli dipping sauce
MAINS:
Wild mushroom, beef and red wine casserole, served on a bed of mustard mash with a puff pastry cap
Balsamic glazed salmon fillet on potato rosti
Duck confit with fresh beetroot, goats cheese and walnuts served with new potatoes
DESSERTS:
Homemade sticky toffee pudding with fresh custard and toffee sauce
